Webmaster / Yoast SEO / Elementor / WordPress

The Webmaster is responsible for all website updates, ongoing optimization, troubleshooting, ADA compliance, SEO execution, and UX/UI website innovation. Oversees all technical interfaces related to the company’s web presence, including the Content Management System (CMS). WordPress CMS experience preferred. Ensures website is well managed and healthy. Implements coding best practices related to site performance, SEO and User Experience. Responsible for maintaining mobile responsiveness and visual accessibility for all web content. Works with vendors and internal teams for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementations for event-based tracking, data layer execution, and ensures website analytics are working properly. Works directly with content creators such as the video designer, digital director of advertising, graphic artist and copywriter.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

At least 5 years experience .

DETAILIED RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build functional and easy-to-use websites
Test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices
Maintain, configure and troubleshoot servers
Ensure site security by setting up firewalls and login pages
Optimize loading speeds and capacity
Debug pages and fix broken links or images
Update website content and review SEO
Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g traffic, conversions)
Address user complaints

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proven experience as a Webmaster or Web Developer
Knowledge of web analytics and SEO
Familiarity with web standards
Working knowledge of website management tools
Proficient in HTML/CSS, XML; knowledge of SQL and Javascript is preferred
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to generate creative ideas
Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Design or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in Google Analytics and webmaster tools.

Work Schedule::

This is a full-time position,. We are located in the Eastern United States, and you will be required to work during our business hours Monday through Friday. We do allow for an adjustment of hours during Simbang Gabi, as well as United States holidays when our offices are closed. We also allow for flexibility on a case-by-case basis.

After a 6 month probationary period, you will qualify for the following:

15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO). PTO must be used according to our company policies.
We honor most Filipino holidays, and we also recognize your birthday as a holiday.
13th month pay, earned at 1/12 for each month worked.

Pay and Training:

We pay on the 15th and last day of the month.
We give bonuses, based on performance.
Any work performed on a Saturday is paid a 30% premium.
Any work performed beyond 8 hours per days is paid at a 25% premium.
We provide company paid training.
We pay for your professional memberships, such as PICPA

Equipment:

All workers are expected to own modern computers, webcams and microphones. All workers are also expected to have high speed internet. However, from time to time we may, at our option, provide free computer equipment.
