Website Analytics & Data Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Website Analytics & Data Assistant. In this role, you will work directly with the CEO to compile and analyze data from various sources including Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, and Klaviyo. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to commit 3-4 hours daily with a focus on Monday and Tuesdays.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the CEO to compile weekly Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, Klaviyo data to gather and organize data from our Shopify store, Facebook ads, Instagram insights, and Klaviyo email marketing platform. Compile this data into weekly reports for analysis and decision-making.

Utilize provided templates: Utilize existing templates for data compilation and reporting, ensuring consistency and accuracy in our reporting processes. Adapt and refine templates as needed to meet evolving business needs.

Perform one-off data research & projects: Undertake ad-hoc data research and projects as assigned, such as investigating specific trends or conducting market analysis. Use your analytical skills to derive insights and recommendations from data findings.

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize data effectively.
Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms such as Shopify, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, and Klaviyo.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data compilation and reporting.
Availability to work 3-4 hours daily, with a focus on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in data analysis or digital marketing analytics.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels.
