Looking for Website/Graphic Designer

We are a US based company looking to add a long term member to our growing team.

We are currently seeking a talented and creative Website or Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. As a key member of our design team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects for a variety of clients.

We are looking for a designer who is passionate about design and has a deep understanding of design principles and techniques, as well as the technical skills to bring their designs to life. The successful candidate will have experience in website design, graphic design, and a strong portfolio showcasing their work.

We require someone who can work 32 hours per week. You will be required to work a minimum of 4 Hours Per Day MST. You are able to work the remaining hours when it best suits your lifestyle. We do use time tracking software, you must be okay with this.

JOB QUALIFICATION
3-5+ years of Experience as a Graphic Designer / Website Designer
Knowledge of the website designing process, including planning, prototyping, designing and development.
Must be able to understand how to work with project managers, developers, and client’s requests involved in the website development process to deliver high-quality designs on time.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of interactive website design and development.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects is essential for getting hired.

JOB OVERVIEW:
Create visually appealing and user-friendly design for websites and digital assets such as logos, brochures, and marketing materials (Postcards, Flyers, Ads).
Design website mock-ups and prototypes and incorporate feedback from clients, project managers, and developers into designs, and make revisions as necessary to ensure that the final product meets client expectations.

Team Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with other team members, including developers, project managers, and other stakeholders involved in the website development process. Ability to effectively communicate design ideas, requirements, and feedback, and to actively listen and incorporate feedback from others.
Designing to Client Specifications:
Ability to design websites and printed materials that meet client specifications while maintaining high design standards.
Strong visual design skills, including layout, color theory, typography, and graphic design, are important for creating aesthetically pleasing designs that align with client branding and messaging.
Flexibility and the ability to incorporate feedback from clients into the design process are also crucial for delivering designs that meet client expectations.
Time-management and Multitasking Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions to design problems.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENT:
SEO: Knowledgeable and understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Proficiency and experience in web design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Canva or other design tools.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is also crucial.
Experience and Knowledge in WordPress – themes and making updates in editors such as Kadence, Elementor etc.
