Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Website and Graphic Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly websites and graphics that effectively communicate our brand’s message. This role requires a creative mindset, strong technical skills, and a passion for staying updated on the latest trends in web design and graphic development.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop responsive websites that align with brand guidelines and objectives.

Create engaging graphic elements including logos, icons, banners, and illustrations for web, print media and email.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing design concepts.

Optimize website performance and user experience by implementing best practices in web design, including SEO strategies.

Maintain and update existing websites and graphics to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and tools in web design and graphic development.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve website functionality and design.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and e-commerce platforms.

Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.

Portfolio showcasing previous web design and graphic development projects is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with animation and motion graphics.

Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation).

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

This position is based remotely and works in Central Standard Time Zone [USA].
