Website and Landing Page Designer

We are a growing company dedicated to hiring the best talent around the world. We are looking for a creative and motivated Web and Landing Page Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop landing pages and websites using website builders such as WordPress and WebFlow or landing page software like Unbounce and LeadPages.
Conduct an audit of current client landing pages and create a brief on areas to improve conversion rates.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs, request access to appropriate tools, execute solutions, and provide instructions to clients’ internal team.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
Collaborate with a team to build and develop business subscription websites.
Maintain websites and provide general and technical support to users.
Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
Integrate software components and third-party programs.
Verify and deploy programs and systems.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
Gather and evaluate user feedback to recommend and execute improvements.
Create technical documentation for reference and training purposes.

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
At least 5 years of experience in a digital media strategy role, preferably in paid media or funnel marketing.
Experience in Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads/Google Ads/LinkedIn Ads advertising, Webflow, Klaviyo, WordPress, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and CRMs.
Ability to clearly and effectively articulate insights and recommended actions.
Strong levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Result driven.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
