About Us:
We are a growing company that has hosted countless guests in short-term rentals. Our focus is on creating memorable experiences, and we’re looking for a skilled Website and Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence and boost direct bookings.

Responsibilities:
Manage and update our WordPress site, ensuring it reflects the latest information and features.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to capture and retarget guest information for direct bookings.
Implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
Create and manage digital marketing initiatives, including paid ads, backlinks, and social media.
Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:
5 years of experience in Email Marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, including expertise in paid ads, SEO, backlinks, and social media management.
Familiarity with WordPress and ability to make updates and changes.
Previous experience in the short-term rental or real estate industry is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Skills (Preferred):
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors in the real estate industry.
Experience in list-building strategies for potential clients and partners.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
