Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Website Animator who will collaborate closely with the Founder and CEO and his EA to bring the company website to life through engaging animations and interactive elements. Your role will involve translating design concepts into smooth, visually appealing animations that enhance user experience and effectively communicate our branding and messages to our clients.

Responsibilities:

-Create high-quality animations and interactive elements for the website based on design concepts and project requirements.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure animations integrate seamlessly into the overall website design.
-Optimize animations for performance and usability across various devices and browsers.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in animation and web design to continuously improve the quality of our work.
-Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance project outcomes.

We have a specific design style in mind, but your suggestions would be important to bring our branding to life. You will start with a time-bound project with opportunity for more hours should everything go well.

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Website Animator, Motion Graphics Designer, or similar role.
-Strong proficiency in animation software such as Adobe Animate, After Effects, or similar tools.
-Solid understanding of web design principles, usability, and responsive design.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction with little supervision.
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-A portfolio showcasing your animation work, with examples of animations integrated into websites preferred.
