Modern, attractive, responsive, mobile friendly, easy to navigate, SEO / fast loading Business Website creation, from start to finish

I have the domain and hosting in place at Namecheap. I also have a logo for branding.

I require a Membership / Affiliate site that allows members to unlock features that free members can not –

Affiliate program set up so site can be promoted and affiliates get paid from revenues for their sales

installation of pay processors including refunds

places for advertisement banners and /or text ads on each page

Number of pages will vary by the design we choose. I looking at probably 4 -5.

While this list may change during our discussions, some of the features i want on the site are
blogging / newsletter component
social media connections
autoresponder integration
index to the site for easy navigation and access to various pages
article / content pages – I will supply content –
inclusion of all legal terms and conditions as required for business websites e.g. full statements,
unsubscribe, etc.

you will instruct me (via chat or email and provide written instructions) on how to insert content and manage various components

initial support included for changes / modifications and paid as needed for longer term.

niche is home business / affiliate marketing / education / make money online

site will offer memberships, affiliate sales and resources for sale

Other things that your expertise deems as necessary for this type of site and / or upgrades for improved functionality

I filled in wage $150 and hours at 15 so I could post the ad. We will agree on price and delivery before starting the contract

Delivery preference as soon as possible within 10 days of being hired
