Website Builder and SEO Specialist Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
ScaleShift Solutions is seeking a versatile and skilled Website Builder and SEO Specialist Virtual Assistant to join our team. The Website Builder and SEO Specialist Virtual Assistant will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing client websites to ensure they are both visually appealing and highly functional. In addition, this role will focus on implementing effective SEO strategies to improve client search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.

Website Development Responsibilities:
-Design and build responsive, user-friendly websites using platforms.
-Customize website themes and templates to meet the specific needs of clients.
-Ensure websites are optimized for performance, speed, and mobile usability.
-Implement website updates and maintenance as needed.

SEO Optimization Responsibilities:
-Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for website optimization.
-Implement on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, header tags, URL structures, and content optimization.
-Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including backlink building and outreach.
-Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools.
-Create and manage content that aligns with SEO best practices.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
-Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
-Provide regular reports on SEO performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Website Builder and local SEO Specialist optimizing for Google My Business.
-Proficiency in website development platforms such as Duda, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or custom HTML/CSS.
-Strong understanding of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.
-Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, LocalFalcon, GMB Everywhere, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
-Ability to write and edit SEO-friendly content.
-Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Ability to speak and write fluently in english.

Preferred Skills:
-Understanding of technical SEO and experience with website audits.
-Graphic design skills and experience with design tools.
