JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for someone to write unique, non-plagiarised English content for websites in the residential concrete industry and other home improvement niches.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
Training provided
Websites will be assigned as they become available
Write no less than 2,000 words of content on the homepage and no less than 1,000 words on 5 service pages. Total word count will be 7,000 to 10,000.
Write content that matches the particular service
Add written content through a WordPress login (login provided, no familiarity with WordPress required)
Check for content to meet certain criteria on RankMath WordPress plugin and make revisions as necessary
Report to manager and revise writing based on personal feedback
Plagiarism will not be tolerated
REQUIRED TECHINCAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
English writing skills required, advanced preferred, but intermediate will be considered
Writing samples will be required during interview process
SOFT SKILLS
We need someone who will produce good content and work at a consistent pace
Content needs to be coherent and articulate, but it does not need to be absolutely perfect English
Must be willing to receive feedback and follow the revisions requested by manager
This is a new position in our company, must be patient as this position is developed
DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience with WordPress and Elementor is a plus
Copywriting will be beneficial
Familiarity and willingness to use A.I. to produce content
Willingness to learn other technical skills related to website development

WORK SCHEDULE AND HOLIDAYS
Work schedule can be flexible as long as content is produced and weekly hours are met
SALARY
$120-200 per month ($3-5/hr for 10 hours per week)
Initial pay based on performance during interview process
Performance bonuses are offered occasionally
WORK DURATION
The initial probationary period will be for 2 months
There is potential for this work to extend indefinitely/permanently based on performance
CAREER POTENTIAL
Although this job currently only offers 10 hours per week, good performance will open opportunities to accrue more hours
Pay increases available based on performance
Training will be provided for other skills if desired
