That’s why we are introducing our Website Conversion Optimization service to our clients for the first time, and that’s where your skills come in…
We’re looking for a Website Conversion Optimization expert with a proven track record to be the head of our new optimization service, where you will be dealing directly with our CEO to brief you on each project and help you succeed in your role.
Your role will consist of analyzing data on Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, website heatmaps user videos, etc to identify areas for improvement.
Then based on your expertise you will create a hypothesis for each of your recommended changes, prioritizing each change based on statistical significance in a spreadsheet to present to our client, along with a video review of the analytics, and to share your thoughts as to why you are recommending the changes.
Then once the client approves your ideas for change, you will brief our design team for them to design the variations. Once the client approves the designs, our dev team will build the changes on our client’s website as a variation ready for you to split test.
Then you will set up split-testing software on our client’s websites (Mainly WordPress, some are on Shopify & Webflow) to monitor the test results against the control design. Once there is a clear winner from the test, you will move on to the next split test, and so on.

Your Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify conversion bottlenecks, usability issues, and opportunities for improvement.
– Develop and execute data-driven CRO strategies tailored to the specific needs and goals of our clients.
– Collaborate with our in-house, including management, designers, and developers, to implement conversion strategies.
– Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Client data dashboards, and A/B testing platforms to gather insights and measure the effectiveness of your results.
– Analyze user behavior, funnel steps, and website performance metrics to inform optimization strategies.
– Implement A/B tests, and other experimentation techniques to validate hypotheses and optimize conversions.
– Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in your role.
