JOB DESCRIPTION

We need to hire a Website Conversion Rate Optimization Manager.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Conversion Optimization Specialist to join our marketing agency team. The Conversion Optimization Specialist is responsible for analyzing and optimizing our clients’ websites that we built to increase conversion rates and drive business growth. This includes conducting A/B testing, analyzing website traffic and user behavior data, and developing and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates. The Conversion Optimization Specialist will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that optimization efforts align with the company’s overall marketing goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

– Analyze and optimize the websites to increase conversion rates and drive business growth, including conducting A/B testing and analyzing website traffic and user behavior data.
– Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates, including identifying and addressing issues that may be impacting conversion rates.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that optimization efforts align with the company’s overall marketing goals
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in conversion optimization

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

– A minimum of 4 years of experience in website conversion optimization or a related field.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Experience with A/B testing and data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Heatmaps tools (Microsoft clarity).
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
– Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred but not required.

SCHEDULE
8-hour shift, Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Manila Time.
Minimal overtime during weekdays and weekends will be expected as part of salary
