About Us: We are a short-term rental company based in New Hampshire, offering unique and memorable stays across our three beautiful properties. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences and are looking to elevate our online presence with a stunning, user-friendly website.
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and talented Website Designer to make our existing website more functional. This is a one-time freelance project with the potential for future collaborations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Webflow and a strong background in UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) design.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop a visually appealing, user-friendly website using Webflow.
Create a seamless and intuitive user experience, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility.
Develop responsive designs that provide a consistent experience across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
Implement best practices in UI/UX to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Integrate essential features such as property listings, booking functionality, contact forms, and social media links.
Ensure the website aligns with our brand identity and values.
Optimize the website for speed and performance.
Provide guidance on content placement and overall website structure.
Conduct user testing and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Website Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your Webflow projects.
Expertise in UI/UX design principles and best practices.
Strong proficiency in Webflow, including CMS, animations, and interactions.
Excellent understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and implement client requirements.
Experience in designing websites for the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus.
