Website Design & Development Project Manager

We are a growing US based agency looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Digital Marketing Project manager who can help our agency with multi-location digital marketing clients for local small businesses in the US.

We’re looking for someone that can work with us long term to help with website projects, and potentially expand to marketing projects.

The core hours for this role will be from 8:30am to 5:30pm EST

Skills Requirements:
1. Expert with Asana.
2. Has experience working with a digital marketing agency.
3. Expert in managing web development projects end-to-end.
4. Has a good understanding of PPC / SEO concepts.
5. Expert in using Google Workspace.
6. Capable of building, maintaining, and executing project timelines.
7. Ability to guide and assess project management processes.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
9. Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks across various clients and teams.
10. Can work on graveyard shift following EST US time zone.

Daily tasks include:

1. Keeping track of project status and quality, with intimate knowledge of each project’s health.
2. Overseeing and owning projects.
3. Scoping projects and gathering requirements.
4. Setting up and managing projects using Asana and Google Docs.
5. Acting as the Client Services team’s go-to resource for project management.
6. Ensuring all tasks are completed within the scope and timeline of the project.
7. Acting as the Client Services team’s go-to resource for project management
8. Being the primary gatekeeper for the marketing team’s projects.
