Job Summary: The Website Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites for our diverse clientele. This role requires a strong understanding of web design principles, user experience, and the ability to implement creative solutions that meet our clients’ needs. Additionally, the Website Designer will create high-converting landing pages to maximize lead generation and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop new WordPress websites based on client requirements.
Create high-converting landing pages to maximize lead generation and sales.
Update and maintain existing client websites, ensuring functionality, performance, and visual appeal.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide design options, and incorporate feedback.
Ensure websites are optimized for performance, speed, and SEO.
Implement responsive designs to ensure compatibility across various devices and screen sizes.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
Ensure all designs meet industry standards and comply with legal requirements (e.g., GDPR, accessibility).

Project Timeliness: Ensure that website design and updates are completed within the agreed timelines.
Client Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality work.
Website Performance: Achieve and maintain optimal website performance, including loading times and responsiveness.
SEO Rankings: Improve or maintain SEO rankings through effective website design and optimization.
Conversion Rates: Increase conversion rates on key pages.
Error Rate: Minimize errors and issues in website functionality and design.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Website Designer, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong portfolio showcasing WordPress websites and high-converting landing pages.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce).
Proficiency in WordPress, including custom themes and plugins.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and user experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
Basic knowledge of web hosting and domain management.
