WEBSITE DESIGNER AND DEVELOPER

We are a US based company looking to add a long term member to our growing team.

We are looking for a skilled Website Designer and Developer who can take ownership of our website development projects from concept to execution. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects for a variety of clients. We are a marketing agency with over 50 clients and growing. We need someone who can work multiple projects each day.

We require someone who can work 40 hours per week. You will be required to work a minimum of 4 Hours Per Day MST. You are able to work the remaining hours when it best suits your lifestyle.

We do use TIME TRACKING SOFTWARE, you must be okay with this.

JOB QUALIFICATION
– 3-5+ years of Experience
– Experience with web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
– Knowledge of the website designing process, including planning, prototyping, designing and development.
– Experience and Knowledge in WordPress – themes, plugins, and custom development that are essential for designing and developing websites.
– Must have experience designing and building layouts using the WordPress block editor.
– We use Kadence Theme and blocks for websites, and this position will require learning and keeping up with advances with this theme and set of blocks.
– Must be able to understand how to work with project managers, developers, and client’s requests involved in the website development process to deliver high-quality designs on time.
– Strong knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of interactive website design and development.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
– A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects is essential for getting hired.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES’
– Designing and developing responsive websites from scratch, using tools provided with Kadence Theme and Blocks, custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
– Creating mockups to visualize design concepts and gather feedback.
– Optimizing websites for speed, performance, and search engine visibility.
– Create visually appealing and user-friendly design for websites and digital assets such as logos, brochures, and marketing materials (Postcards, Flyers, Ads).
– Design website mock-ups and prototypes and incorporate feedback from clients, project managers, and developers into designs, and make revisions as necessary to ensure that the final product meets client expectations.
