Website Designer for Australian-based client

The Position

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Website Designer to join our team. This is a highly sought-after role, for an Australian based client. In this position, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for a wide range of businesses, managing projects from inception to completion. This opportunity is perfect for someone with exceptional design, communication, and organisational skills, who is passionate about delivering high-quality web solutions.

This is a graphic design and website production role that requires a strong eye for good design. You will be designing the websites in the Adobe suite and the website CMS so no coding experience is required, although some CSS is an advantage.

Location:
Remote, work from home.

Job Type:
Full-time 40 hours per week.

Salary:
50,000-55,000 PHP per month

Hours (in Philippine Time):
7:00am – 4pm
(The client is based in Australia so work hours would be around 9am – 5pm AEST)

Must Haves:
An exceptional eye for visual aesthetics.
A very strong level of Adobe Suite skills.
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills.
A proficient verbal and written communicator
Empathy for clients with low tech experience.
Ability to work autonomously in the delivery of multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
Experience with websites (WordPress ideal)
Knowledge of CSS and UX design an advantage.

To provide an amazing customer experience to our clients.
Ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained throughout the process of delivery.
Effectively advising and designing our clients websites with creative flair and to brief.
Managing the entire graphic design and website design cycle from design brief to delivery.
Communicating and advising the client throughout the website production process.
Delivering a high standard of communication according to Magicdust’s core values.

Skills, Experience & Requirements
Proven experience in graphic design and web design.
At least 3 years of experience working from home and online for US, Australian or European clients.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Eagerness to learn and stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Team player with strong collaboration skills.
Proficiency Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation strategies, a plus
