customers. Unlike traditional agencies, we combine great design with strong marketing strategies,
using advanced tools like Framer and Webflow to deliver modern digital solutions that exceed our
clients’ expectations.

Job Description:
As our Website Designer (UI/UX Designer), you’ll create visually appealing websites that match client
brands. You’ll work closely with project managers and senior designers, using tools like Figma to turn
project briefs into innovative designs. Your focus will be on quality and client satisfaction, refining
designs through daily reviews. You’ll also prepare detailed files for developers, ensuring smooth
implementation of interactive features and animations. Working remotely offers flexibility, allowing you
to contribute to our goal of delivering effective websites that stand out online.

Responsibilities:
-Design Excellence: Create visually striking websites that reflect and enhance client brand identities
using industry-standard tools like Figma.
-Collaborative Approach: Work closely with project managers and senior designers to translate
project briefs and website copy into innovative design solutions.
-Quality Assurance: Participate in daily review meetings with senior designers to receive
constructive feedback, ensuring designs meet high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
-Developer Collaboration: Prepare meticulous design files with clear specifications for developers,
including hover states, interactions, and animations.
-Effective Communication: Maintain regular communication with project managers via Slack,
providing updates on work progress, receiving new tasks, and managing priorities effectively.

Additional Responsibilities:
-Brand Support: Occasionally assist in branding tasks such as logo creation, color palette selection,
and basic illustration editing, although prior branding experience is advantageous.
-Skill Development: Opportunity to learn website development using Framer and potentially
Webflow, leveraging existing familiarity with these tools where applicable.

Skills and Qualifications:
-Design Expertise: Proficiency in Figma for website design tasks, supported by a robust portfolio
demonstrating diverse projects and creative solutions.
-Graphic Design Proficiency: Experience in Adobe Illustrator for logo design, brand color selection,
and basic illustration editing; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for photo editing is a plus.
-Technical Aptitude: Knowledge or willingness to learn website development tools such as Framer
and/or Webflow, complementing strong design skills.
-Team Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a remote team environment, demonstrating strong
communication skills and attention to detail to deliver exceptional work within deadlines.
