Website Designer (Work from Home)

We are an Australian-based website and branding design agency on a mission to design awesome websites for clients who want to grow their businesses.

We’re seeking a creative designer who uses traditional website design skills and is open to learning AI tools to help enhance your creativity.

Here’s what we’re ideally looking for in a designer:

– A Designer who has designed many websites and landing pages with a focus on conversions.
– A Designer who embraces feedback to help you become an even better designer.
– A Designer who enjoys designing for a range of clients and brands, in a range of industries.
– A Designer who is dependable, and delivers on design directives and deadlines.
– A Designer who demonstrates self-motivation and productivity while working remotely.
– A Designer who can speak English clearly.
– A Designer who is experienced in designing websites using Figma, and has experience using Adobe Creative Suite too.
– A forward-thinking designer who wants to leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and other AI tools in your workflow to deliver creative modern designs.
– You’ll need to have a fast and reliable PC or Mac, and Adobe Creative Suite account (we will provide you with Figma).
– Work full-time on weekdays only within standard business hours. ( You will never be asked to work on the weekends)
– Commit to a full-time position with the goal to work with us for at least two years.

***Note: We are looking for experienced designers only. You will not have to develop websites at all. We have a dev team.***

You will have a huge advantage if you can also design logos, branding, and marketing graphics.

If we like your application and portfolio, we will send you an email inviting you to meet us on a Zoom video call.

If your interview goes well and we choose you, then you will start with a fully paid full-time 4-week trial period, to see how well you can design. Then if you’re a good fit we will offer you a permanent full-time position.
