Our Web Developer (WD) is responsible for the coding, innovative design, and layout of company websites. WD responsibilities include building customer websites from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven working experience in web programming (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Solid understanding of WordPress and different CMS such as Kajabi, WIX, etc.
• Proven knowledge in setting up e-commerce websites, connecting domains, setting up SSL, creating staging environments, and website backups
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting such as plugin or design errors, and website downtime
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization
• Knowledge in setting up Google Analytics
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment; learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques
• Able to work under tight deadlines across many teams with quickly shifting priorities
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Good interpersonal skills and works well with a team
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create a modern design for pages and websites that follow up-to-date standards and practices
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical need
• Create and maintain website documentation
• Responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling the company website
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities
• Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
• Integrate APIs from other services into the company website
• Build user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
• Regularly monitor and improve website performance
