We’re looking for a passionate Website Developer to develop and install website solutions. Ideally, the candidate should be able to build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. Website Developers must be skilled in development, writing code, and documenting functionality.
Pacific US Hours Required – shift:6:00am – 3:30pm break:2:00pm – 2:30pm PT (shift:9:00pm – 6:30am break:5:00 – 5:30am PhT)
Executing full life-cycle website development
Writing well-designed, testable, efficient code
Producing specifications and determining operational feasibility
Integrating components into fully functional website systems
Documenting and maintaining website functionality
Tailoring and deploying website tools, processes and metrics
Complying with project plans and industry standards
Requirements
Proven work experience in as a website developer or software developer
Hands on experience in designing interactive applications and websites
Ability to develop code in HTML, CSS or other selected languages
Experience in developing web applications
Experience with test-driven development
Mastery in WordPress
Ability to document requirements and specifications
Familiarity with website development methodology and release processes

We work a 4-day work week and run on a 36-hour work schedule – 9-hour shifts with a 30-minute required unpaid break per day. PACIFIC HOURS REQUIRED
PTO benefits kick in 60 days after your full-time start day. PTO Benefits include:
We observe a paid summer and winter break that are 1 week long each where the entire company is closed.
We observe the US holiday schedule for closures but offer ample PTO to cover any additional PH Holidays.
PTO is accrued after the 60-day benefits waiting period and is accrued on the last day of the month for a total of 6.01 hours.
