Website Developer & SEO Manager
At Nook & Cranny Mobile Detailing, we are a mobile detailing company looking to the value of a high end automotive detailer with the convenience of a car wash service. We’re in search of a highly skilled Social Media & SEO Manager to join our team and help drive revenue and create a culture of ethics, trust, and productivity in their department. Ultimately, the Website Developer & SEO Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining a successful website & SEO marketing campaigns increasing our organic traffic.

The position would start part time at 10-15 hours per week with the opportunity for a long term, full time position within 6 months or less for the candidate that can drive revenue growth. All possibilities for raises are based upon work performance.
Primary Responsibilities/ Day in the Life
Develop & maintain a dynamic website through WordPress, making sure it’s visually appealing and easy to navigate for our customers
Maintain On Page/Off Page SEO
Suggest & implement anything that would be helpful in achieving the desired outcomes
Outcomes/ Measurables We Expect
Generate at least 3 phone calls/day regarding hiring our business
Create a website that is easy to navigate for our potential clients
Build & maintain an online presence/awareness for the business, increasing organic visits to our site
Skills & Qualifications
Strong Written and Verbal English
Strong experience in On/Off Page SEO and website building with the goal of driving sales
Experience with Google Ad words, Ahrefs, Semrush, Hubspot & Hootsuite, Graphic Design/ User Experience a plus
An attitude that everything is “figureoutable” & if you don’t know something you’re willing to learn it & take the initiative to GET THINGS DONE, even if it’s not perfect.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, an attitude of integrity, commitment and a desire to learn, ie:
-Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with your fellow team members. -Open communication and honesty are paramount to myself and the team. If you aren’t able to hit a deadline or made a mistake, be upfront about it
-Commitment. While this is starting part time as our business grows this will become full time. If you’re looking for a few months of work this is not for you.
-Desire to learn. Everything is “figureoutable” & if you don’t know something you’re willing to learn it & take the initiative to GET THINGS DONE
