Website Developer

Looking for a website developer who is looking for a long-term future with a growing agency. The suitable applicant will have opportunities for advancement which includes the head of the website development team. With advancement comes increased pay and responsibilities.

The job currently is 30-40 hours per week (steady work paid weekly with the goal of paying $3,000 – $4,000US/month).

Skills that you are REQUIRED to have:
– Passionate about their position to the point they want the best results for the clients we work with
– Friendly and detailed communication
– Complete tasks as instructed via loom (and can use the loom transcript for written support)
– Attention to detail
– Work well using Google Chat & Google Sheets
– Complete tasks on time
– Ensure that your website work looks professional for both mobile and desktop ALL THE TIME (not to be reminded to check mobile)
– Ensure no theme or plugin conflicts have occurred prior to completing your task
– Think outside the box and come up with creative solutions for client problems
– Be able to problem solve and work with other departments
– Be highly skilled with WordPress
– Be highly skilled with CSS/HTLM, JS and PHP
– UX design – creative in nature
– Look at the task in its entirety to ensure that the solution we are using will work for “the next step”
– Can avoid or limit the use of plugins as necessary
– Can ensure the website is optimised for space on the server
– Can ensure the website is optimised in accordance to pagespeed insights

Skills that would be useful
– Go High Level
– Figma
– Other website platforms such as Weebly, Wix and Squarespace.
