Job Title: Web Developer and Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Developer and Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to functionality, while ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly experience. Your expertise in both web development and design will play a crucial role in creating compelling and effective digital solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into visually appealing and functional websites.
Design and develop responsive websites, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to present design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
Develop and implement website layouts and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
Optimize websites for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and suggest improvements where necessary.
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end designs with server-side technologies.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure seamless website functionality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web development and design trends, techniques, and technologies, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our digital offerings.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing websites for optimal user experience and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions.
Adhere to project requirements, quality standards, and best practices.
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Web Developer and Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Proficiency in front-end development languages and frameworks
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Experience with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
Familiarity with back-end development languages and frameworks (e.g., PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails) is a plus.
Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify) is advantageous.
Solid understanding of web accessibility standards and SEO principles.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
