We have branched out into the flooring niche with another brand/business – Flooring Pros Marketing, which is more than a regular digital marketing agency, rather a flooring companies’ growth partner. This is the company we’re focusing on growing. The majority of our new work will be from this company.

So what are we looking for?
* We are looking for an almost full-time WordPress expert (almost full-time because we’re thinking 30 hours a week but it could be more, and will definitely be 40 hours in the next few months)
* You are proficient in all things WP and WP themes (We use Elementor), plugins, and backups
* PHP knowledge (if you know more than simple stuff, bonus, but you will not be asked to do custom coding on a regular basis)
* You know how to combine CRO and UX seamlessly
* You have experience with domain settings and hosting issues
* You have experience with site speed optimizations
* You have experience with integrations
* You have experience with SEO
* You have experience with building websites from scratch
* You have experience with QA & launch
* You have experience with GoHighLevel (bonus)

Vision for the Role:
An artist in a programmer’s body, our WordPress champion can take any concept and make it a reality. He or she will be responsible for creating all new client sites and landing pages, starting with mockups and wireframes or an existing template, and going until the site is launched.
An expert in WordPress, our designer will typically use off-the-shelf themes, either out of the box or will customize them. He or she knows Javascript and HTML, and other helpful front-end coding. A UX/UI expert, you know exactly what colors look good together, what font combinations work well, and where to put CTA buttons.

Responsibilities:
1. Design landing pages & websites from scratch (sometimes) and templates (most of the time)
2. Create mockups & wireframes, and templates
3. Fix technical issues as they arise
4. Populate pages with approved content
5. Manage website launch process
6. Maintain and update websites
7. Manage hosting and websites.
