Website Developer / Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and motivated Website Developer / Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and programming visually appealing, user-friendly websites, landing pages, funnels and applications across desktop and mobile platforms. You will also support our visual communication and branding efforts through compelling graphic design.

Responsibilities:
– Design, code, test, and implement new websites, landing pages, funnels and web applications from concept through deployment
– Create highly optimized conversion-focused landing pages and multi-step funnels
– Maintain and support existing live websites, landing pages and funnels through updates, optimizations, and troubleshooting
– Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and technical requirements
– Ensure websites and landing pages meet high standards of user experience, speed and responsiveness
– Create visual elements like logos, ads, marketing materials, infographics and more to communicate brand and support initiatives
– Optimize websites, landing pages and graphics for maximum search engine visibility and performance
– Provide SEO recommendations to website content creators and editors
– Stay up-to-date on web design and development best practices and trends

Requirements:
– 3+ years of professional experience designing, building and supporting live websites, landing pages and funnels with demonstrable ownership and results
– Expert-level proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks like React
– Experience implementing and optimizing websites for search engines (SEO)
– Strong graphic design skills with a creative eye and attention to visual brand consistency
– Proficiency with design software like Adobe Creative Suite
– Commitment to accessible, mobile-friendly, and user-centric web design
– Resourceful self-starter able to work independently and also collaborate effectively on a team
– Excellent communication skills
