Position Overview:
Warp Grow is seeking a talented Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Marketing Director, Content Designer, and Project Manager to create a robust, user-friendly website that effectively showcases our drone photography services. The Web Developer will play a crucial role in establishing our online presence and ensuring our clients have a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Marketing Director, Content Designer, and Project Manager to develop and implement website designs.
Execute front-end development tasks, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript customizations.
Perform quality assurance testing to ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive across devices.
Address and resolve CSS and HTML bugs in a timely manner.
Contribute to internal development projects, such as creating new website templates and enhancing existing themes with CSS enhancements.
Manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
Participate in strategy and planning meetings as needed, demonstrating potential for career advancement within the development team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field preferred. (optional)
2+ years of experience in front-end web development.(Preferred)
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in the real estate industry is not required but considered a bonus.
Compensation:
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base salary range will range based on availability, location, and experiance.
