WEBSITE DEVELOPER/SEO/LEAD GEN

We are looking for a talented and experienced Website Development, SEO, and Lead Generation Specialist to join our digital marketing team. As a specialist in these areas, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, driving organic traffic, and generating quality leads to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Website Development:
– Design, develop our already existing website for Short Term Rental Business that aligns with our brand identity and business goals.

– Implement best practices for website optimization, including mobile responsiveness, site speed optimization, and SEO-friendly structure.
– Conduct regular website audits and implement improvements based on performance metrics and user feedback.
– integration with Smoobu Chanel Manager that we use for Reservation bookings

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
– Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
– Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical elements for improved search engine rankings and visibility.
– Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve domain authority, and enhance overall online presence.
– Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track progress and identify areas for optimization.

3. Lead Generation:
– Create and implement lead generation strategies across various digital channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and PPC campaigns.
– Develop landing pages, forms, and lead capture mechanisms to convert website visitors into leads.
– Analyze lead generation data and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
– Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives and sales targets.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in website development, SEO, and lead generation, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
2. Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
3. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and SEO analytics platforms.
4. Experience with lead generation techniques, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
5. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
6. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
