We’re seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a key role in achieving this mission.
Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at helping businesses improve their online presence. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Cold Calling: Contact potential clients who do not have websites or have incomplete information on Google Maps, and explain our services to them in a friendly and persuasive manner. This isn’t the majority of your job. Just to fill in hours as we ramp up the business.
Website Building: Create basic websites for clients using Weebly. You should be able to customize templates, add content, and ensure the websites are visually appealing and functional.
Content Writing: Using AI and your english writing abilities, write about 500-1000 words of content per webpage in an american accent.
Graphic Design: Use to source high-quality images and graphics for the websites you create, ensuring they align with the client’s brand and message.
Domain Purchasing: Assist clients in purchasing domain names for their websites and connect them to the Weebly pages.
Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing their inquiries and providing updates on project progress. It’s not typically a LOT of communication. Just very basic.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
Proficiency in using Weebly for website development and Canva for graphic design.
Basic knowledge of domain purchasing and website hosting.
Strong attention to detail and a basic understanding of what looks good on a website, design-wise.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your tasks independently.
Prior experience in sales, or virtual assistance is a plus.
