Website Developer (UI/UX Proficient)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Website Developer who has strong proficiency in UI/UX design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for website design and functionality.
Design and develop website architecture and user interface, ensuring user-centered design principles are followed.
Develop and maintain website features and functionality using modern web technologies and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Ensure website responsiveness and compatibility across different devices and browsers.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve website design and functionality.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure the website content is optimized for search engines and user engagement.
Ensure website security and implement measures to prevent security breaches.
Monitor website performance and implement optimizations to improve loading speed and user experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in website development and UI/UX design.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Strong understanding of website design principles, user interface design, and user experience.
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
Familiarity with web development frameworks and content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal.
Experience with website performance optimization techniques such as caching, image compression, and minification.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
