Website Development and Social Media Marketing

We are a Company that provides Fitness coaching. We would like to increase our customer base by increasing awareness and recognition by providing new cutting edge content to our niche demographic. We are planning to do this through websites and channels in popular social media platforms, such as: Redditt, Facebook, and Tiktok.
We are seeking a candidate who is well versed in website development, particularly with WordPress, and has a strong background in social media marketing. If you are passionate about managing websites and engaging with online communities we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, manage and maintain our WordPress websites, including updates, plugin management, and troubleshooting.
2. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Reddit and Facebook to increase brand visibility and engagement.
3. Monitor and analyze website and social media performance to optimize content and marketing strategies.
4. Administer our websites fully, ensuring seamless user experience and keeping it secure from potential threats.
5. Have some skills in creating visually appealing graphics and simple video edits for website and social media content.
6. Coordinate with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of experience in website development, with a focus on WordPress.
2. Proven experience in social media marketing, with a solid understanding of platforms like Reddit and Facebook.
3. Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic video editing skills.
4. Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
