Website Development/Shopify/Social Media Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Website Developer, Shopify Expert, and Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in the SPA industry. This unique role requires a professional who is adept at building and maintaining websites, particularly on the Shopify platform, and who has a strong command of social media marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically proficient, and enthusiastic about driving online engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development:

Design, develop, and maintain the company website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
Create and manage custom Shopify themes and plugins to enhance the functionality of our online store.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design landing pages, forms, and other web-based tools.
Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates and improvements.
Ensure website security and perform regular backups and maintenance.
Shopify Management:

Oversee the setup, configuration, and management of our Shopify store.
Manage product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions on the Shopify platform.
Customize the Shopify storefront to align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
Integrate third-party apps and tools to streamline operations and improve functionality.
Analyze Shopify analytics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Social Media Management:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster positive community interactions.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to achieve growth targets.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain current and effective.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in website development, particularly on the Shopify platform.
Demonstrated success in managing social media platforms for a business.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
Basic knowledge of video editing software.
Experience with e-commerce best practices and online sales strategies.
