Job Description

– Design and implement a new WordPress website, including page and SEO structures (pages, keywords, pillar posts, meta tags, etc) design and branding with our outsourced graphic design service.
– Integrate with third-party hosted and other tools for customer functionality, e.g. Academy/ LMS, Blog, Event booking, contact forms, third-party hosted lead magnets (checklists and e-books/reports), third-party funnel builders and landing pages, Quiz and survey tools, CRM, carts and payments, customer service ticketing tools, GDPR, Privacy and Cookie consents and others, including automation using web hooks and third party tools where appropriate.
– Add pixels and tag managers (Google and Facebook)
– Establish GDPR compliance, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreements with third-party tools and other relevant regulatory and international privacy best practices.
– Develop content strategies, website and email copy, using AI assisted and SEO tools, augmented by competitor research and analysis.
– Maintain design consistency between website and third-party SAAS tools (e.g. LMS, event booking, blog, contact forms, landing pages and funnel builders, etc.).
– Use third-party tools to develop marketing campaigns and customer journey automation, including CRMs, email automation and web hooks.
– Develop cyber security and customer data protection strategy and processes.
– Manage social media linkage and consistency with Quora and LinkedIn.

Interviews are competency-based, requiring applicants to make a 1 hour presentation of an implementation plan, with examples of how they have dealt with similar implementations, or components of similar implementations, in the past.

The business is established in the UK and operates internationally, but does not have an online presence currently. The business provides consulting, coaching and training to financial services organisations around the world, currently through word of mouth referrals alone.

The business is preparing to launch online training in the second half of 2023, and launch campaigns at the start of 2024.

Candidates must have previous hands on experience in at least four of the above nine areas, with at least 3 years experience.

Candidates must be prepared to proactively engage with multiple third-party SAAS providers to automate the customer journey.
