Website IU/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional user experiences for our various websites. You will work closely with our management and development teams to implement best practices and ensure seamless web and mobile designs. Responsibilities:

* Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for our brand and clients.
* Design UI elements and tools, including navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
* Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
* Collaborate with management, and developers, to deliver tailored experiences for our clients and users.
* Create UI mockups and prototypes that effectively illustrate site functionality and appearance.
* Generate original graphic designs, such as images, sketches, and tables.
* Provide guidance and advice on UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
* Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, including responsiveness issues.
* Adhere to style standards in typography and graphic design.
* Conduct layout adjustments based on client and management feedback.
* Strong communication skills.
* Exhibit multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Requirements:

* Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, preferably with a background in web design.
* A portfolio showcasing your professional UI/UX design work.
* Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field is preferred.
* Strong spoken and written English skills, with familiarity with technology.
* Up-to-date knowledge of design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
* Proficiency in prototyping tools, including Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.
* Familiarity with basic development principles, general HTML, CSS, and experience working with WordPress (additional knowledge is a plus).
* Ability to work effectively as a team player.
* Capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
