What We Are Looking For:

We are looking to add a talented, creative, and motivated Website Manager to our team on a
part-time basis.

The ideal candidate has experience in developing and optimizing website pages and posts,
resolving website issues, creating engaging landing pages that attract and convert potential
customers, and analyzing the website data in various ways. You will demonstrate a strong
understanding of the role our websites and LMS play in our overall marketing strategies and the
key levers that can improve traffic, user experience, and conversion on our websites.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute design and content enhancements using WordPress, Elementor, and
Kajabi
• Build and update high-level landing pages, web pages, webinar registration pages, optin
pages, checkout pages, sales pages, thank you pages, blog posts, and any other web
page that are necessary for interacting with our audience.
• Set up monthly webinars in WebinarJam and link it to our email marketing platform and
webinar registration page
• Work with the team to define, measure, and report on critical KPIs for our websites
• Optimize individual pages, blog posts, and websites to become search friendly
• Manage, monitor, and upgrade our websites and plugins
• Monitor and proactively manage website performance, including visitor traffic analysis,
engagement metrics, search engine optimization (SEO), page load speeds, and quality of
content
• Improve domain rank and load speed through application of best practices
• Place banners, flyers, optin forms, pop ups, and other marketing material on the
websites
• Ensure the websites conform best-practice web strategy fundamentals, meets
requirements for security and accessibility, and conforms to modern standards for
UI/UX, responsiveness, and load times
• Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to improve user experience, engagement, and
conversion on the site, when needed
• Backup the websites on a regular basis and respond to and troubleshoot all website
issues
• Make sure that the websites are secure and have a proactive plan in place in case the
website goes down due to security issues
• Monitor and fix broken links, misspellings, and any other routine maintenance as
needed
• Perform keyword and competitor research, link building, redirects, implementing
Google best practices; content analysis, off-page recommendations
• Use SEO tactics to maximize search rankings, optimize content, and analyze user
engagement
• Provide monthly SEO performance reporting
• Perform other duties when needed.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of WordPress development, Elementor, Plugins, Google Analytics, and
SEO tools, plus functional knowledge of A/B testing methodologies
• Data-driven – your default behavior is to find the right information and insights to inform
your decision making, and you bring a test and learn approach to enhancing the site
• Strong work ethic and commitment to diving into the details demanded flawless
execution
• At least 4 years related work experience in developing and managing websites
• Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• The ability to work well independently, within a team environment Self-motivated and
reliable
• Knowledgeable in HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, responsive design, and mobile design
• Exceptional written communication skills are needed to be successful in this role
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously amid ambiguity and in a
highly collaborative organization.
• Working knowledge of current web architecture and UX/UI best practices
• Highly analytical – confident digging into data and deep familiarity with funnel metrics
and the levers available to improve conversion
• Experience with Kajabi platform is preferred
• Degree in website development, computer science, information systems,
communications or a related field is an asset.
