Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Site Moderation & Management Specialist with experience in web content management and site administration. This role is ideal for someone proficient in WordPress, HTML, and comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance content and site management. The candidate should have the capability to handle both technical content management and administrative site management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage web content using WordPress and similar content management systems.
* Utilize AI tools, particularly ChatGPT, for content creation, expansion, research, and support.
* Conduct web-based research for developing educational guides, glossaries, and other content.
* Perform editing and writing tasks, ensuring content quality and suitability for the site.
* Provide feedback to AI tools to refine content generation processes.
* Handle site moderation duties, including approving new profiles and monitoring user-generated content.
* Review customer service inquiries and forward them to appropriate team members.
* Participate in additional tasks such as content enhancement and management based on skillset and project needs.
* Produce Analytics Reports on Weekly and as needed/custom basis from Google Analytics, HotJar, and other systems that we track data with.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Web Content Management: 2-3 years of experience in HTML and web content management systems.
* WordPress Expertise: Deep understanding of WordPress functionalities.
* AI Proficiency: Comfortable with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation and management.
* Writing and Editing: Strong skills in writing and editing with attention to detail.
* Prompt Engineering: 3-6 months of experience in prompt engineering using ChatGPT.
* Research: Effective web-based research skills for content development.
* Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain high-quality glossaries, educational guides, and site content.
* Site Management: Experience in site moderation, managing user profiles, and handling customer inquiries.
* Google Analytics reporting and analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
* Open to remote candidates from the Philippines.
* Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves.
