Job Description

We are seeking for a Website Manager Virtual Assistant to help build and maintain a real estate search website. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. However, the candidate must be available for morning meetings (Pacific Standard Time) as necessary.
Salary: $5 – $8 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Responsibilities:
As a Website Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate websites. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Website Management:
– Perform routine website maintenance tasks.
– Create web page content using the Sierra Interactive Content Management System (CMS).
Research:
– Conduct research on similar websites throughout every state in the US.
– Run client-approved sites through a sitemap indexing tool.
– Organize and create a site map or web page list based on your research in a spreadsheet.
Basic SEO Experience:
– Use AI tools to produce website content for every state, city, and neighborhood.
– Implement basic SEO strategies to increase web page count and enhance website visibility.
Qualifications:
– Ability to work independently and remotely.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
– Highly dependable and able to work independently.
– Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
– Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant software and tools:
~ Significant experience using Microsoft Excel to organize large data sets.
~ Experience working with Google Suite tools, such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
– Basic knowledge of SEO and social media management.
– Familiarity with web-based content management software (CMS), such as WordPress or similar, with drag and drop widgets and WYSIWYG content publishing tools.
– Familiarity with web-based contact resource management (CRM) software, such as BombBomb, Sales Force, Follow Up Boss, or Sierra Interactive.
– Familiarity with COMPASS web-based software system experience is a plus, but not necessary.
– Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI writing tools is a plus.
