Mission:
The Website Designer will be the primary point of contact for all things related to website design within our company. Your role will be crucial in implementing design elements that not only capture the essence of our brand but also drive customer conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
-Website Design: Transform our website vision into reality, ensuring the design aligns with our brand guidelines and aesthetics.
-Expertise in Design Tools: Proficiency in Photoshop or similar photo-editing software to creatively repurpose internet and proprietary content, including using AI tools for product placement.
-Page Builder Proficiency: Strong experience in drag-and-drop page builders (such as Pagefly or Replo) on the Shopify platform.
-Conversion Rate Optimization: Design with the goal of converting viewers into buyers, utilizing various tactics and A/B testing to determine the most effective design features for conversion.
-Data-Driven Design: Provide evidence of past design projects that have successfully boosted conversion rates.

-Bring creative and effective website design ideas to life.
-Increase our website’s conversion rate by at least 25% through innovative design and optimization strategies.
