Do you have hands-on experience planning projects from start to finish and monitoring the progress?

We are looking for a highly dependable and detail-oriented project manager with website updating skills and experience. You will be working directly with the CEO and conceptualizing projects then planning and managing the team and execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for weekly communication with the end client.

Depending on your qualifications, your responsibilities MAY include:

1. Critical thinking and planning: You will be responsible for understanding the scope of a project and creating the project plan (usually in Clickup)

2. Managing Schedules: You will be responsible for ensuring each team member understands their role and deadlines.

3. Communication: Internal and external communication with the team, client, and CEO

4. Administrative tasks: This can include managing emails, scheduling appointments, conducting research, managing databases, and preparing reports.

Requirements:
a. Excellent written & Oral English skills
b. Take charge attitude – not afraid to make decisions and hold people accountable
c. Ultra-reliable and dependable – meeting deadlines and being available are huge keys
d. Extremely detail-oriented – we want to know that you ensure your work is done correctly and you check and triple check
e. A problem solver & thinker
f. Follows directions very well

Knowledge:
-updating websites (GHL, shopify, wordpress)
-SEM Rush
-Google Analytics
-Understand SEO
-experience with HTML or writing code, CSS
-Click Up, knew enough to reply to clients
-Operate from SOPs
-Create SOPs from video instructions
-Report Production

Qualifications:
– a leader at work and in your home life
– successfully planned and managed at least 3 projects with more than 4 people on the team
– experience communicating directly with the CEO of an organization
– experience communicating with US clients of the company you are working for
– Prefer if you have project management training
– Familiarity with project management tools like (Clickup, Monday, and SmartSheets)? (note Trello and Notion are not PM tools)
