I run an art studio for kids in Melbourne, Australia.
I am looking for someone to optimise, regularly update and manage my website – & GBP
Can you do some or all of these things:
*Set up weekly price/quantity reduction rules based on time? (ie each week the number of classes & price per class reduces)?
*Extract raw data from my website to show customers & order details?
*Set up automated emails in WooCommerce
*Add compulsory and optional fields when orders are being placed?
*Set up integration between my website, Woo and Active Campaign – including addings purchasing/product tags to AC?
What would you do if you came across a problem you couldn’t immediately fix?
The ideal candidate will have these qualities: be organised, efficient, have good systems in place, be an honest and open communicator and have great problem-solving skills. They will use their initiative to get to know my business, so that they can create systems and a cycle for updating my website and GBP.
You must have strong and sound experience in WordPress, Elementor & WooCommerce and be able to setup integration with ActiveCampaign. You must also have some experience and expertise in Google Business Profiles and SEO – see more details below.
Tasks will involve:
*SEO – on-page, off-page, local SEO. Some of this has been done/started, but it needs another look.
*Optimising my website – for mobile view, speed, customer journey etc. I have a list.
*Weekly update of content (time–sensitive promotions etc.) – small tasks
*Periodically update photo gallery
*Quarterly updates of art classes – term & school holiday classes (ie updating product listings)
*Adding of new content, pages and landing pages as required.
I’m looking for someone efficient, organised, thorough, accurate, with very good English and attention to detail. Ideally, this person will lead and manage my website for me so that I don’t have to think about it too much(I know this will take time).
I am looking for someone for 4hrs per week, with additional work in peak periods. I am flexible on work hours, but must be a good communicator and have strong integrity.
Integrity, communication and community are my highest values and these must be important to you too.
There is scope for this role to grow, but let’s start here! Salary will be dependent on your expertise, experience and approach to work.
