Website UX Designer

Job Description:
We are looking for an innovative Website UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in determining the layout and design of our clients’ websites, ensuring an intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experience. Your expertise will involve deciding where to place content, collaborating closely with our copywriting team, and selecting or creating the perfect images and graphics to suit the needs of each website.

Key Responsibilities:

UX Design and Layout:
Create user-centric designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, and customer feedback.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web projects (mainly Elementor)
Optimize existing user interface designs and test for intuitiveness and user-centeredness.

Collaboration with Copywriters and Developers:
Work closely with copywriters to integrate text into designs effectively.
Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs and to troubleshoot any design-related issues.

Visual Design and Graphics:
Select and optimize visual elements for websites, including images, typography, and color schemes.
Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Research and Feedback:
Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UI designs, and emerging technologies.
Conduct ongoing user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance user satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
A strong portfolio of design projects showcasing UX skills.
Proficient in design software (e.g., UXPin, Balsamiq, Photoshop).
Knowledge of Elementor, WordPress, HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
