Job Description

We seek a results-driven web project manager to lead the design/development or our agency’s client websites. You will be collaborating with our team on the website’s conceptualization, guiding the team through the product development stages, and overseeing the live deployment of their website.

To ensure success as a web project manager, you should possess extensive experience in website design and the ability to lead web development initiatives. A first-class web project manager will be someone whose expertise in web design translates into an innovative online presence.

The initial job will be assisting in managing incoming client tasks for existing websites. With the successful execution of this task, we will move you into a position of assisting in new website builds between the different team members.

Web Project Manager Responsibilities:
– Managing Client Website Ticket Request with the Team
– Checking to ensure Ticket Request was completed as requested by the client
– Communicating start and completion of Website Ticket Request

– Consulting with internal contractors to determine the website’s desired appearance and functionalities.
– Consulting with lead web strategist to ensure each stage aligns with the clients needs.
– Troubleshooting and testing prototypes, as well as monitoring the live deployment of the product.
– Documenting website development processes and procedures.
– Send weekly project updates
– Monthly Website Form Test
– Keeping abreast of developments and trends in website design.

Web Project Manager Requirements:

– Must be grammatically proficient in communicating in English – writing & vocal.
– Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web development, or similar.
– A minimum of 2 years experience in web project management.
– Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design.
– Exceptional ability to contribute creativity and innovation to web projects.
– Superb leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
