Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Website/Web App Developer with expertise in both MERN Stack (MongoDB, , , ) and LAMP Stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). As a Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and websites using these technologies. You should have a strong understanding of full-stack development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and stakeholders, to gather requirements and develop web applications and websites.
Develop and implement efficient and scalable server-side code using technologies such as and PHP.
Design and develop intuitive user interfaces using and other front-end technologies.
Create and maintain databases using MongoDB, MySQL, and other database technologies.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code and resolve any defects or issues.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy web applications and configure server environments.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into development processes.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Document code, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainable codebase.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by clients or end-users in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Web Developer with expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, , , ) and LAMP Stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
Strong understanding of web development principles, including responsive design, accessibility, and security best practices.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (, Angular, or ).
Solid knowledge of server-side programming languages like and PHP, and web frameworks like and Laravel.
Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, and knowledge of SQL queries and optimization.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
