We are known for our unique style and have a dedicated team of professionals committed to excellence. We are rapidly expanded in the industry and are looking for someone to grow with us.
Job Description: Are you amazingly natural over the phone, able to connect and bond with a variety of people. Are you bubbly and personable? We need a VIP booking agent to convert our warm leads into booked wedding and portrait sessions. If have this personality and ability to convert calls into sales you will do well here!
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct initial consultations with wedding clients to understand their vision and needs.
* Showcase our portfolio and explain our services to potential clients.
* Guide clients through the booking process and contract agreements.
* Coordinate and schedule studio sessions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
* Assist clients in selecting the best images/products during in-studio or online sales and ordering sessions.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns.
* Collaborate with the photography/videography team to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record in sales in the personal vip services industry
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to connect with clients and understand their unique preferences.
* Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
* Proficient in relevant software/tools (e.g., CRM systems, photo editing software).
* Knowledge of wedding trends and industry best practices.
Work Hours:
* 36 hours per week – 9am- 5pm AEST time + additional weekend hours.
