Requirements
• Solid Internet
• Full-Time Weekday Availability
• Expert-level English writing and speaking ability
• Up-to-date computer
• Prior experience using the Shopify platform
• 2-5 years of inbound and outbound call experience

Basic Functions
– Own the customer experience – think and act in ways that put our customers first. Create custom quotes for our customers based on their needs
– Make outbound calls to current customers and prospects, increasing conversions, retention, and maintaining a high level of customer engagement
– Be the main point of contact for customer inquiries helping them navigate the purchase process.
– Answer customer inquiries through emails, chats, and phone calls.

Job Type: Full-time Weekdays Mountain Standard Time
Compensation: $8 USD per hour
Schedule: 6 AM – 6 PM MST
Benefits:
– Full-time hours with a pay rate of $8/hr
