We are looking for a weekend VA for our web design business.
What You will Be Doing?
• Answer sales enquiries (warm leads) from our general inbox and Fiverr chat inbox and convert them to sales
• Quote clients directly for minor edits/changes
• Edit WordPress & Wix websites – minor edits for revision requests over the weekend.
• Adding to our cold calling list for sales team during the week
• Update project management software with order updates/changes/new orders
• Provide a weekend project handover summary to the Project Manager and Director on Sunday evening.
NOTE: This role will require someone who is highly independent as they will be working alone over the weekend.
What Qualifications Do You Need?
• Fluent English speaker
• Experienced in Wix and WordPress minor edits and changes
• Outstanding written communication skills, and fast typing skills
• Owner mentality: you are self-motivated and enjoy working independently
• Be very attentive to details with consistent error-free execution
• Home office: high speed internet + back-up internet + privacy (office or room with no background noise)
Bonus Points For…
• Knowledge of Website Design (WordPress, Plugins, Themes, Hosting, Domain Registries)
• Knowledge of SEO
• Experience with HubSpot
• Experience with Jira (project management)
Who Are We?
We are Miti Websites an SEO & Web Design Agency based in Brisbane Australia. We have a small team of 6 and we work closely with mostly small service based business owners to help them build and redesign their websites and help them rank organically online.
Hours & Compensation
• Flexible work-from-home setting (no more commute!) + flexible team policies for time-off, family emergencies, etc.
• NO GRAVEYARD SHIFTS! We are based in Australia – you will share the role with a week day team member who works Tuesday-Friday.
HOURS – Weekend Shift (18 hrs / week) USD$230/month
EVENING SHIFT HOURS NEGOTIABLE: Evening shift is flexible – just need to check the inbox in the evenings to maintain our Fiverr response rate.
