Job Overview:
The Lead Manager will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our team, assisting in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, and facilitating smooth communication across the organization. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can handle multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic real estate environment.
Responsibilities:
Calling leads to verify information (these are NOT sales calls)
Scheduling appointments between leads and closers
Preparing and scheduling direct mail campaigns
Skiptracing
Data management and cleanup using REIsift
Data Entry
Tracking KPI’s
Qualifications:
Proven experience with REISift as a cold caller, data manager or similar role is an advantage.
Must be comfortable on the phone and speak English fluently.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with team members and property owners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and other relevant software applications.
Familiarity with real estate terminology, processes, and documentation is beneficial.
Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges with composure.
