Experience working in an accounting or mortgage broking practice would be preferable, as you may already be accustomed to the systems we use.

Salary starting from 50,000 pesos per month + HMO & 13th month pay
Working Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST / AEDT time)

Job Summary:

As our Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for undertaking all admin procedures. Including but not limited to:

Managing email inbox.
Key Account Manager for select clients.
Assisting with payroll preparation.
Assisting with workflow coordination.
Managing the onboarding process ensuring timeframes are met.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings.
Liaise with clients and co-workers to complete tasks.
Data entry of client information.
Assisting with client loan application submissions.
PA to Company Director.
Help out with Marketing.
