Salary: Between 70,000 and 85,000 Pesos per month (depending on experience)

Experience: 3+ years of Australian Accounting/Bookkeeping/Payroll

Training: In-depth training provided, with potential for career development

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm Adelaide (South Australia) time (AU Public Holidays will apply)

Location: Permanent work from home

Equipment: New equipment supplied

Reporting to: Senior Production Manager

Job Summary:
As the Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for undertaking all bookkeeping activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. As well as some Accounts and Admin tasks.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform accounting/bookkeeping tasks for a portfolio of clients as directed, which will include but is not limited to the following:

Payroll processing
Bank and credit card Reconciliations
General Ledger Maintenance/Bookkeeping
Balance sheet reconciliations
Monthly reconciliations for debtor/creditor accounts
Follow-up clients directly for receipts and general queries
You may be asked to review and check less experienced team members’ work
You may also be required to delegate work when requested by your manager

Software Knowledge: (desirable, but not essential)
Xero
Performance Appraisals:

You will have a 6 monthly performance review, identifying your strengths and areas for improvement. Salary will be formally reviewed annually along with the opportunity for you to provide feedback to improve your position and the firm.
