Your Position:
As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting tasks, involving the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and taxation obligations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, professional accounting solutions.
?Along with other accounting tasks, you will also be responsible for the following:
Compilation of monthly and quarterly business activity statements.
Preparation of annual tax returns & financial accounts for SMSF.
Completion of annual tax returns and financial accounts for:
Individuals.
Sole traders.
Partnerships.
Companies.
Trusts.
Skills Required:
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
CPA or CA accreditation (desirable).
Xero certified advisor and/or Xero payroll certified (desirable).
Very well organized and able to meet deadlines.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically while paying attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Experience working with complex group structures.
Experience working with SMSF.
Proven experience in managing multiple clients and businesses.
A solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and concepts.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.
Continuous learner with a passion for staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies in accounting and finance.
